@slapslogger In Pennsylvania, when a call to 911 of domestic violence is recieved, the officers are allowed to enter the residence without a warrant to ensure the safety and well being of the victim/person who called 911. Especially when during the call, the victim (Poplawski's Mother) stated that he had weapons.

@Impetrate420Justice Lord Acton, on the example set by the Founders: "...It teaches that men ought to be in arms even against a remote and constructive danger to their freedom; that even if the cloud is no bigger than a man's hand, it is their right and duty to stake the national existence, to sacrifice lives and fortunes, to cover the country with a lake of blood..."

Happens all the time in Iraq and anywhere with American military presence. Surprised to find it in the homeland?
4:22-4:23 the officers stepped in. did he allow them? if no, where was there warrant? do they need one? i thought a citizen is not required to let anyone in their house.

Just one of the many daily outrages to come throughout 2009.
Limbaugh, Beck and O'Reilly have much blood on their hands for inciting this violence.
