We're gathering more information about Richard Polawski, the 23-year-old man who decided to kill four Pittsburgh police officers and wound five others because it appears he was afraid they -- at the behest of the Obama administration -- were going to take his guns away.

  • 4:22-4:23 the officers stepped in. did he allow them? if no, where was there warrant? do they need one? i thought a citizen is not required to let anyone in their house.

  • Just one of the many daily outrages to come throughout 2009.

  • @slapslogger In Pennsylvania, when a call to 911 of domestic violence is recieved, the officers are allowed to enter the residence without a warrant to ensure the safety and well being of the victim/person who called 911. Especially when during the call, the victim (Poplawski's Mother) stated that he had weapons.

  • @Silberdachs Actually it was Hal Turner /watch?v=THol8Tl3PR8 Poplawski was listening to everyday.The cops were probably the ones listening to Limbauggh,Beck and O'Reilly.

  • okay..i'm from pittsburgh, eastside pittsburgh...a couple blocks away from richard poplawski's neighorhood...let me just tell you...if that was in east liberty, larimer,homewood, east hills,lincoln, and dude was black...them cops would of still been alive...so dont blame richard...blame zone 5 for letting your brothers died on fairmont st
