this is an amazing shot of a very unimaginable event.. after 8 hours of fire coming from a cofeemachine electric hazard the entire building burnt down and parts collapsed. here you witness five storeys coming down from the northwing. it is sick that you hear the audience cheering at the moment that so much valuable knowledge and labour is being destroyed.

At 650 degrees C hot finished carbon steel has roughly half the strength it has at room temperature, by 800 degrees C less than 20 percent of the strength it has at room temperature.

The initial jet fuel fires set fire to carpets, wood, plastics, and paper.

Pockets of fire in the WTC's created air temps of 1000C.

A full scale office fire test was carried out by the BRE at Cardington and peak generated air temps of 1100C and steel temps of 1000 degrees C.

Not impossible, just unsafe. If someone is trying to crash they're not going to be too bothered about VNE.

skyrise office equiptment is not flamable its fire graded... takes more fuel/energy than it gets out of it...

    office fires are about 650degrees

The initial jet fuel fires themselves lasted at most a few minutes.

    NCSTAR 1section 8.3.4

Fires in WTC 1 were generally ventilation limited… and tended to burn out in about 20min. NCSTAR! sec. 8.3.4
