First download the file (styles.zip) from this link
http://bibword.codeplex.com/releases/view/15852
Then copy the file named 'HarvardExeter.xsl' to the following directory
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office12\Bibliography\Style
That's all

I got an automatic update on my MS Word for my Office 2010 for Harvard Referencing! hurray!
Its Harvard Anglia 2008, but thats fine because HR is only a referening style, so has several formats.
