@drynut40 The last group that government was effective was the Sfrivan American community when they passed Civil Rights legislation, they then (and us) believed that government was gonna solve the other problems like poverty and psychological. Obama is not an American Black, he is not part of African American History or slavery. His Father was an African and his Mother was white.
