She doesn't strike me as shallow. From what I have seen of her (I have only seen a few of her interview clips), she seems to be intentionally trying to provoke, not to be "cool," but to force people to examine issues she wants discussed. Most artists and performers do enjoy attention, but she seems to have have some substance, as well. I am not sure whether I like her music, but if she gets audiences to think about anything important for more than a second, good for her.

Lydia, Adrien is in high school now incredibly and I have a daughter Sierra eight years old also. I have a poster from Rosemary's Baby the Greek version I believe where it shows the devil with the baby in it's arms..I have the original on my wall but purchased a very great copy and it has your name on it if I could have any way to send it to you. Saw you in Paris book fair vid..LOVE PARIS..want to move there with my kids and what's Barcelona like? Christine
