Oh, sure... come on, kids, sit on the nice alligator! It's OK, go ahead and swat it on its head, it likes it! Get closer, they won't.... Well, it must have been fairly safe, because I'm not aware of any visitors mauled or eaten by these things.

WOW amazing video! I was a frequent visitor in the early 70's when it was in Buena Park. I still have strange memories of it.

Remarkable to have footage of it at all - and in color! You were ahead of your time. The 'gator farm later moved to Buena Park: search CALIFORNIA ALLIGATOR FARM to see it in 1964.
