Luke Kuechly NFL Draft Analysis - 2010 Season

The following is a video of Luke Kuechly's 2010 season in which TMB broke down three of his games (Notre Dame, Clemson and Nevada).

Kuechly is #40 and plays one of the inside linebacker positions for the Eagles. I understand some highlighting may be spotty as it is difficult when they are late adjusting to the play. My apologies for that but really nothing I could do to alleviate that issue.

if i were a eagles fan (which im not) i would go after this guy instead of vontaze. sure its cool to have a hard hitter on your team like vontaze, but lets be honest here, eagles are probably the worst tackling team in the nfl. you need a guy like this who could tackle in his sleep.

@RandomVillain84 its more about the 40 than bench press.. but were not getting burfict .. eagles have a thing for white MLBs .. so it will be kuechly .. he should definitely be there at 15 ..becuase brain cushing went at 15 .. i just dont want another undersized player on a whole defense that is undersized.. maybe theyll take hightower or upshaw will fall to 15.. i like kuechly but are team is tiny already and instills fear in noone

@DcNative301 In case you haven't heard... Burfict has shown up "soft and out of shape" to training prior to the combine. Reports were he couldn't bench 225 more than 15 times. The season ended how many weeks ago?  Is that the lazy dude you want?

I don't see him shedding blocks at the next level all that well. He's slight, and from what I've seen, admittedly didn't watch the whole thing, he plays the majority in space without OL on him. When OL are on him he will make the play but after a gain of 4 - 7 yards. He doesn't seem able to shed and penetrate, only get off the block after the ball carrier is already by him and make a play on shoestrings.

As an Eagles fan.. I want a guy who doesn't miss tackles.. and looking at this vid Luke does that alot... That being said him being such a good person off the field makes him a favorite for the organization I promise u...
