The problem with this video, is that your technique isn't that great. In all of your exercises, you go with the ball behind you which will cause you to compensate with your plant. Throwing you off your path down the circle and your orbit will be off for your release. Wait for the ball after your winds, make sure it's ahead of you so you can push the ball during your turns. It'll go smoother and farther.

Well I could have told you that, meaning my technique isn't that great. I've read about and had other athletes and coaches tell me about "pushing" the ball. It's difficult to comprehend pushing a ball that you have to swing to move. This event is more difficult than any sport I've ever tried or competed in. A great mental challenge. Thanks kindly for your advice. I don't compete to win. I compete and practice for the discipline, personal enjoyment and multiple health benefits.

Once science is able to indentify, evaluate and measure Chi, which I'm sure they will eventually with ultra-sophisticated technology, someone somewhere will try to synthesize, bottle and sell it. Soon after that some poor sod will consume it to the point of death. But perhaps not. Perhaps Chi is as abstract as spirit or life itself. Maybe it's like laughter. To me it's just a name for pure energy.

the "fucking" chi is in the last man standing. chi is energy, vibration, dedication, lasting power, discipline, clarity of purpose and above all, a total and complete disregard for anyone or anything that seeks to tear down, destroy or propagate violence, be it mental, physical or emotional. Great technique by the way. Good clean hammer throwing.
