My Book: "A Gang of Daggers" pt 6

People who are specially skilled in certain weapons. Entertaining and selling skills at the same time. Why Jim and the boys would want to talk to this guy and learn from him.

Whatever you want to do in the world, you have to be skilled at. The purpose of different weapons in this world, what people used and how.

Basic weapon outfit was spear and shield, with hopefully a smaller weapon on your belt. Purpose of axe, mace, knife/dagger, spear, sword, etc. "Pull steel...."

Nerds are smart, so they would quickly figure out they need to do something, like travel, to gain from this other world. Jim realizes they can trade between the worlds. Why they didn't buy swords.

How I choreograph the fights. Other fantasy authors often gloss over the fights and battles. I try to detail out every movement and interaction, even down to the injuries and kill moves.
