To further improve their business communication setup they decided to trial Skype for SIP Open Beta in their Dallas office using 22 concurrent channels. By complementing their SIP-enabled PBX with Skype for SIP employees can make Skype calls directly from their desk phones. Nothing new to learn; just pick up the phone and call.
