Crystal Walton was taken by SS from her Mum and Dad, who were told to stay away from media. Imagine the shock of seeing your baby advertised for adoption while you are fighting to have her returned! Then Gagged by the Courts....

Few realize the system's corrupt nature until a government agent lies in court.

Affidavit of Facts, a Motion used in the removal of children, do not follow Laws of Evidence.  Filled with innuendo, inferences, and void of reasonable cause or verifiable facts, judges give increased weight to CASAs, SSs, SWs, and CW's verbal and written words.

Parents need to protect themselves by learning what can occur, regardless the legality.

I don’t know the full details of this case so I can’t comment on that, but the courts over here in the UK always issue a gagging order when a child is involved. They are granted to protect the child, not the SW or SS. We have a relatively good system over here, yes it is left wanting in some areas, but I do not know of any Country that has a perfect one. You only ever hear the bad stuff about the SS, a case every few years or so but never any of the thousands of cases they get right.

@buser78 Interestingly, if the UK has their way, you will never know the details of the SS stealing Ian and Sara's baby girl, telling them to stay away from the media, and can you imagine opening a tabloid and seeing your child in the news, up for adoption?

Cruel and inhumane is what it is and gag orders are issued in the U.S. and we post those too; they are unconstitutional.

The SS put the baby in the media, and then they want to gag everyone!~

what's fucked up is if someone is considered a high risk to reoffend they let them out of prison until they do reoffend, but if they 'think' there's even a chance a person could hurt their kid they terminate their parental rights without any evidence... gotta love our system...

I am from the USA, I grew up in foster care and I was ultimately adopted. an Effort should be made to keep families together, family has the power to keep people OUT of prisons and crime, if you want to see someone re-offend, then take away their hope and their reason for living and they probably will, the UK is a damn liberal regime, and to think this kind of nonsense in infecting US lawmakers.

@VampireLoveHussy I know plenty of folk across the pond who have direct involvement and they would certainly disagree. This baby had a mother and father, never charged or convicted of a crime, including child abuse. The SS took her because somewhere in the future... oh we don't know when.. but maybe her parents will harm her. Let's forget that Crystal is Sarah Walton's first and only child??

Honestly I think sometimes we create such bullshit systems, its not worth playing by the rules.

When the system is rigged, I don't see why people choose to accept it. I'd rather go to prison for kidnapping my own children. Then let them grow up in CPS's care.

But then again I live in the U.S. your foster care might not be as dangerous as ours is.

Have you ever read the U.S. Constitution? It doesn't seem like it. It doesn't even come close to guaranteeing "a right not to have [your] details in the press"?

The U.S. Constitution does not give children any special rights distinct from other citizens.

I fully understand what you are trying to do H4K & you should be commended for it, I’m just saying things are not always black and white

@hope4kidz Putting the ad in the paper was inexcusable and I would hope the person responsible has been punished. I agree with gagging orders to protect the child’s identity, and on the whole, the orders do not ‘cover-up’ failings of social services; it all comes out in the end.
