About Paul McDonald & TGM...
After years of heavy touring & recording under the name Hightide Blues, Paul McDonald & his bandmates got off the road to write and record a new album. What they came up with was something they felt should stand on it's own as a new project.
This project is called THE GRAND MAGNOLIAS.

WOW! Thanks to American Idol for bringing Paul Mcdonald and The Grand Magnolias to our attention....but I'd rather hear Paul's songs during the American Idol Tour! He is amazingly patient with everyone...maybe that is because he is a genuine warm-hearted young man! I am waiting patiently for HIS tour with HIS band singing/ playing HIS and JP's songs!

Why wasn't he recognized before Idol? My favorite Idol contestant!! I just wish that he could have stayed on Idol longer so that I can watch him perform every week.
