  • My advice to those who wants six packs, follow the steps:

    1- Diet is the first thing to do

    2- abs exercises and obliques are performed day after day not everyday because it is muscle, it needs rest.

    3- cardio is the most effective way to burn fat on whole body.

    work hard step by step - that's all friends

  • @MormonManUtah Amen, you got it. I needed 25 years to change my lifestyle. But I changed, so you can ;). Best think you can do, is cook your own stuff (fresh) so you always know what you are eating.

  • Its not about diet, its about healthy food. You have to change your view of food. And I'm sorry you CANT hold your abs with going to mcdonalds and go to the gym. The sugar will stop the fatburning immidiatly. Fuck off Trashfood, go to be your own Cook. It works°!

  • It's all about eating right NOT diet. Don't mislead people into thinking it's about dieting. It's about knowing what foods work best, eating ENOUGH at the right time with the right amount of water, etc. When most people think diet they think limiting food intake. If you don't fuel the body correctly you will fight a losing battle and gain more fat and lose lots of muscle.

  • @B0MBALI9 yeah, but a good way to not lose ur six pack that u got with so much work would be, eat whatever u want, go to KFC, Mc donalds but go to gym and work out, cardio and machines, that way even if u eat trash food u can control it, because everything u eat, the fat that ur body takes from the trash food will be burned in the gym again and again.

  • Ok so diet eh? ok now lets say I was on a diet for 3 months and my 6pack is visible now. So what do I do? go back to my old eating habbit cause no1 wants to diet for the rest of his/her life. 2 months and your 6pack is GONE. so you have to excercise as well.
