Yeah, this does look way too easy--even without the charge weapon. I guess you can increase the difficulty, though.

Guys! STOP BAD MOUTHING THIS GAME! It's pretty fun! AND THE ONLY REASON ICEMAN IS SO EASY IS BECAUSE HE'S USING THE CHARGE BUSTER=WHICH IS UNLOCKED BY BEATING THE GAME WITH NORMAL MEGAMAN! Wow, that's a mouthful. Lol Caps
