you know thats not how it goes itachi basicly kils himself by using the last lvl of the saringan and itachi could have killed him easaly in that mode but insted he just got hit by everything and when the lst lvl was over the after affects killed him

Sasuke Didnt kill Itachi; they are fighting in genjutsu, in reality they havent moved an inch. What Sasuke asks Itachi is who Uchiha Madara is, who turns out to be one of the founding fathers of Konoha and Itachis accomplice in the slaughter of the Konoha Police force. Madara is referred as "Invincible Immortal" by Itachi for having found the final secret of the Sharingan.
