@crazywildkid1 When I was first presented with the dance back in '01, I thought it looked pretty cheesy but when actually performing it, I got super tired by the end of it and have grown a love for it. I'm sad now, though. My calves aren't as strong as they used to be xD. I haven't actively taught it since '05 but have taught it here and there over the years since then. But the Soran Bushi is just one of those dances that's so energetic that's it's just fun.

@shortboypinoy Yea but in america very few know this logic. T_T it's not hard at all it's fun you just get some minor body aches for a little bit until you get used to it. i love the Japanese culture and this is like one of the thing where im like "Wow that looks so cool i wanna try!" and everyone else is like "Oh wow great something stupid." really!? Are you kidding!? some people need to open their eyes and see that other countries have thing or traditions ridiculous to us but it's real cool.

my japanese class tried this only me and another student did it close to the way these guys do it everyone else just did weak attempts. and we only had to do the first little bit it was so easy. i had back pains and leg pains for three days
