  • build by spanisha nd portuguese????!!!!! O_o

the spanish didnt passed far away from canarias, how they went to cape verde?? this kind of american people are always distorcing portuguese history.

  • This history video is a depressing one sided focusing on the negative. He forgets that every countries birth must go through struggles. But C. V. is a world example of races falling in love and coming together.

You see this even in the music which is a mixture of the two races.

    C.V. Music is fantastic!

Viva a Cabo Verde Viva a Portugal.

Dont' listen to the depressed American

  • @R2C25 yeah but that should happen in modern days when I say modern days I dont mean yesterday but this century....

  • "Africans dared venturing from the main land to collect valuable salt..." You are completely delusional!

  • Don't you have your own Country to talk about? Stay away from mine!

  • This man is delusional, he doesn't know what he is talking about and in my opinion he is maiking up stories to serve his delusional mind. This remindes of other stories I have heard related by african americans. If you want to be respected stick to the truth. You know nothing about Cape Verde, and as a capeverdian I am offended to hear you distort the history of my Country!

  • Cape Verde islands were uninhabited before the portuguese arrived. The city of Cidade Velha was built by the Portuguese, not the Portuguese and the Spanish...

  • @Lusitanus You are right, they are confusing the fact that some urban streets, the Fort of São Filipe were later built/developed under the time of Filipe I of Portugal (II of Spain) in the period of union between the two countries. In that exceptional period was some influence of Spanish-Castilian type of urbanism(different of the Portuguese at the time) in the Portuguese urbanism, but was the only thing, as the fact of sharing in that period the same king. Portuguese Empire was autonomous.

  • where the next episode?
