Why are people arguing what is and isn't punk? That is exactly what goes against what punk is, the whole point of punk is that you do/dress/listen to whatever you want to, and not care what other people think. Punk isn't a mohawk, skinhead, short back and sides, leather jacket, shirt and tie, it really doesn't matter. What matters is your attitude, and you people have got it wrong. And if you think punk is dead, you aren't trying hard enough to find it, it definitely is not dead.

@jamjuice1a if you had any brain cells or knew anything about punk whatsoever, you'd understand tht this guy is reffering to the Original punk style & the tru punk way. leather jackets and mohawks came later on with all that crazy annarchaic shit some of which was exclusively voilant for no reason whatsoever, promoted nothing but hatred. I own a leather jacket & yes, punk has no REAL dress code but the the image became symbolic to me of a real violant without message crap, thats when punk died
