You can tell from the thumbnail they are common girls who say "haitch" to try to sound posh.

@Barry3443 It really depends.
It is British accent, and that's how English, Scottish (roughly) and others are talking there.
So, for them it's totally perfect.
Except the fact, that sometimes Indians pick up calls when u call ur mobile operator customer services!! I couldn't understand half of what they were saying. I used to pick up several words that I got and try to understand what the hell she was talking about!
