Although I smoked for 20 years and now stand against it, there are some flaws with this logic for our younger boys in active wartime duty;
"Getting support from family or visiting places where smoking is not allowed such as public libraries, shopping malls, museums..."
Darn near impossible when your busy fighting the Taliban in Iraq and Afghanistan, don't you think?
Pentagon media services is smarter than this!
Useless counsel is like salting the wound, especially when none of it can be applied.

I totally agree, but he didn't say WHY that New Years Resolution should be made... other than the obvious "It's not healthy".
