Mumia/New Trial Now

At the old Main Post Office at 7th and Mission Sts. in San Francisco on Feb. 28, 2000, over 900 SF Bay peoples gathered to support Mumia on his efforts to get a new trial, a fair and just trial. His first trial was one of the most kangaroo court trials in USA history. The judge was a racist bigot and not shy about showing it. The cops jerked the witnesses beyond recognition and the evidence as according to how it fit their desired outcome, which was to lynch Mumia come hell or high water. Only one thing: this is America, every citizen is supposed to have the right to a fair and impartial trial with evidence and testimony which is truthful and honorable. Mumia got none of this......
