It's not cruel, the men/women who end up there usually did far worse to their victims. You take a life you pay for it with your own. In my opinion they get off easy.

I mean america is very much know for rapists and serial killers, I couldnt find more serial killers in here that in the US, and yet you guys have death penalty and we do not...

@millwrght4ever hahahaha yeaaaaaa sure he admited it after having been given an icecream and to a sherif that had a lot to win form his testimony... and yes, he was later found innocent... I mean how could a 14 years old "kill both women at once and scatter their sculls into at least 6 pieces"...

@millwrght4ever yep, sounds like I live in the stone age... as for you it sounds like you live in a holywood movie! you've watched to many films! bypass machines are useless after 5 minutes, and respirators are NEVER used on death people! and organs are not "sent" away like in the movies! I mean by your logic we can kill someone, freez'em and then whenever we want him to live again we just have to get his heart to beating again. you dont realice how fragile is an organ...
