  • What the hell are you talking about??? This woman is a walking institution! You are just mad because she is more powerful than you could ever be or think of! EVER!

  • Dr. Angelou did well with proclaiming the message against the situation with Don Imus's commnets. She stated that the African American community should have done something about the rap music years ago when it started to get hateful. In fact, I felt that Al Sharpton should have gotten the black community together to do something with P- Diddy, Snoopdog, and Nelly (rap stars) to eliminate the vulgar and demeaning words directed towards women, and Africian- Americans.

  • i love it when kanye, or common talk about her in her raps! :)

  • @howe5529 You're the one that's ignorant and blind as well. You're a 45 year old person, maybe you should get a better meaning of life because sitting behind a computer making immature and irrelevant comments on videos.. just doesn't cut it. Get your life together, buddy.

  • She is better than amazing...I cannot put it into words (-: My heart is smiling right now

  • We really need more women like Ms. Angelou...

  • She is so very wonderful, I hope that all of us humans can use our words to comfort and uplift, and I do pray we can live up to our birthright of greatness!

  • your comment is ignorant. do you not understand her words?

  • her face is dirty what the hell? did she rub dirt on her face. she sounds ignorant

  • Love her so much :) she's a smart, kind, very real person. it's refreshing to see that.

  • @hankc356 I don't know if you'll see this four years after your post. You did not ask about "ho", which is a shortening of whore, and is, of course, insulting to women of any race. One definition of nap is "the hairy surface of cloth or suede formed by short hairs or fibers". So "Nappy headed" means that the person's hair looks like that, which is an insulting reference to the curly hair that some black people have.
