@fashklash the old testament is after the flood exodus liviticus are the laws god gave moses after the flood it quite clearly tells you how to live and worship him why if god is so powerful dose he not just do away with satan i had a personal relationship with god when i was young so that really dosnt answer my question so the old testament is not full of mans unrighteousness its full of gods wrongs

@brianhar100 The answer is,you can only know He is the right one if you repent and ask Him to come into your heart.Don't worry about what 99% of western Christianity is saying, that is not God. I know God is real.I am certain,and he created you and I. Science is restricted to atheism at this point, and therefore it cannot allow intelligent design, but God created you and He knows what you and I need.Nothing less than a personal relationship with Him will prove that to you, I will leave it there.

@brianhar100 God is a righteous judge. When Adam sinned, the world came under Satan.That meant that everyone was destined to belong to Satan's kingdom,and suffer his punishment. If God was an unrighteous judge, he could allow sinners to enter heaven, but by his very essence, He cannot, so He came and died for us to pay the wages of sin. The wages of sin is death. That's why the old testament is so full of man's unrighteousness. You have to have a personal relationship with God to KNOW he's real.

@brianhar100 When a society was so rotten that nothing can be done to restore it, God destroyed it. That time is coming again, but it all starts with moral relativism. The Jews call it Avogad Zara. No one starts out being depraved, but societies are guaranteed to end up that way if they do not adhere to the true God. You can ask anthropologists: nations have lifespans. Compare the lifespan of the Jews and their cultural national identity with others.

@fashklash you still dont answer the question of how is your god the right one and how do you explain the only record of jesus is in the bible dont you think if someone rose from the dead there would be more historical evidence so god started out a killer and realized he was wrong so he punished himself why not just be good all the time

@brianhar100 I would point to midrashic prophesy, and the way the old testament and the new testaments fit together so well. if you realise the fact that people like Noah and Moses and Joseph and Daniel and Elijah are all pictures or presagings of Christ, and if you realise that sacrafices were there as a means of pointing to the sacrifice of God himself. Also the fact that the disciples who witnessed Christ's ascention were willing to die in horrific ways, proving that Jesus was God not a sham.
