"If there was anyone to apologise to I would, but they're all DEAD" - what a charmer.

Pure scum.

At least he has the tiniest bit of decency necessary to be contrite about this one!
-
Agree.
He's almost a clliched caricature from a shit fiction novel.
I also think he's a metaphorical cancer who's talking about these issues now because they're eating him from the inside.

@finalmattasy Watch any other interview with Mcmullen and you will realise he is a repulsive, morally repugnant excuse for a human being.
Most journalists are just shitbags of human beings.

Good for him! He's being honest about what He did... personally I think that when someone kills themselves, they kill THEMSELVES!
I don't buy tabloids, and I don't like them, but a guy like McMullan at least has the decency to be honest about stuff. Honesty is a sign of integrity, and such actions, imo, shine allot brighter than celebrity "victims" who want to look one way to the public and be another in actuality.

@finalmattasy
so if it was your daughter or son you'd adopt a 'shit happens' perspective would you?
GriefTourist 6 months ago
@GriefTourist If my daughter or son committed suicide, I'd have a much bigger problem blaming myself than some newspaper. There's a incomparable influence difference between a newspaper article and raising a human being for a few decades.
Ultimately I'd hope that I could realize that everyone, when they grow up, is responsible for their own decisions. Someone who kills themselves, doesn't do it because of a newspaper's opinion. They do it by a lifestyle of accepting a supposed lack of value.

I understand what you're saying but this guy himself feels culpable, for reasons best known to himself
