They open and harvest eggs at about 7:30 am. The Salmon run between October and December I think. They are spectacular. The steel head run in January and February. They aren't as dramatic. They are taking eggs now. They harvest and release the steel head. The salmon get clubbed on the head and cut open. I haven't taken the tots to see that one. I think they send the edible ones to loaves and fishes after harvesting. Sorry it took so long to get back to you.
