東洋初のロボット「学天則」を復元

昭和３年に大阪で製作された東洋初のロボット「学天則（がくてん そく）」を大阪市立科学館が復元しました。高さ3.2mの学天則 は、手を動かしたり顔を右左に振ったり、目も閉じたり開けたりす ることができます。７月にリニューアルオープンする科学館の１階 に展示されます。

I wonder where did the real Gakutensoku went missing back then? The only fear is, the original one is being kept by some guy in Germany.

これを作ったのが、水戸黄門で２代目黄門さまを演じていた西村晃 さんのお父さんだそうです。
映画の帝都物語では、西村さんがお父さんの役を演じたことでも知 られている。

This is the reproduction version of a robot made 80 years ago in Japan.
Name is "gakutensoku".
The real thing is missing in Germany.
