@MrWweytnafan - Well, Shura amongst MT fighters like Sagat, Hwa, Adon, or Joe, Shura is really slow. So i'm going to say all of them are perfect against him. Shura just tends to block ALOT.

Same voice actor. He also voiced Demitri in Darkstalkers, and did a whole lot of anime dubs. The name's Nobuyuki Hiyama. Commonly associated with "hot-blooded" characters. : )
