If you have the other admin account than you can reset the main administrator password. If you don't have the other admin account than you can use the reset disk.
If you don't have the reset disk than you can use software called Password Resetter. The Main Purpose of this software is to remove windows password. You can get the software from

By the way some people are telling me to go to the Admin. account through safe mode when booting computer, but she has set a password for it so that doesnt work. Please get back to me as soon as possible. Thanks Much :)

I am getting: "System 5 error has occured. Access is Denied." Do I have to run these commands through an Administrator account? If so, is there a way to do it from a limited account? The dilema i have is that this is a computer my family has not used for 3 years. My mom cannot remember her Admin password. She needs me to get it so she can change my account to an administrator.
