I have to disagree about the options being hard or even tough decisions. If you actually took five minutes to invest in real estate, which I did FIRST play through not even knowing about having to spend so much, the end game was a snap. I did another playthrough as evil just so I could turn an orphanage into a brothel. Evil is more fun though. -__- Still had no need for the cash as evil. Took longer because I only did stores instead of houses for no upkeep. They really needed a repair all...
