A few of us where filmed around the bay, before ITV came back to our gym to film a session at the only parkour gym in wales, situated in Pontypool (Torfaen).

These sessions aregrowing ever popular with over 100 members,and our run my members of Fluidity (south wales parkour and freerunnin) where several members are also sponsored by Urbanfreeflow (world wide parkour giants!)
