How big was the movie on your HDD before you uploaded it to Youtube?

Hi..

it was 42,7 mb..640 x 480 high quality.. i only use Fraps at 39fps..and IL2 1946 recording resolution 800x 640 and windows moviemaker..

since moviemaker cant save large movies i have to save movies in 3-4 parts..and then to put the movie togerher..

my puter is old now..getting new 1 when olegs SOW is out..

Ok, I'm trying to get this right.

You capture with Fraps from IL at 800x600, is

that windowed or full screen?

Then how do you get the movie from 800x600

down to 640x480?

Also what kind of compression are you using? You must be using something cause fraps makes some huge files.

I use "Windows Moviemaker"..and when i save it..Full screen in Fraps..at 30 Fps..

I use 640 x 480 high quality in moviemaker..

4 parts and then to 1 whole movie..

yes files are big..15 mb to 300 mb..

this movie i had 6 Gb of files to use..LOL
