Discovered a revelation from God on the bridge between Tokyo and somewhere not really special

Chapter 1 Don't Stop Believeing

I was watching the entire first season of the American TV show Glee (22 episodes about 20 hours) before going to work. Some of the Journey songs from the show made me super high and kept playing repeatedly in my head.
After work, I had some beers at a ramen place removing all of my inhibitions. The beer said,

"Don't stop believing!"

I was drunk while riding my bicycle passed my house. In my alcoholic induced stupor, I decided to do something special before the last days of summer...

Chapter 2 Still They Ride

I crossed a bridge on the border of Tokyo. After I got to the other side, I had no idea where I was going but wanted to burn the calories from the beer and ramen. I started secretly heading over to a co-worker's house. It was 5.5 miles, and I wanted to surprise her. I was singing along with Journey on my I-phone.
