well trini3845 if your going to put up a video of instructions on the qa30 you need to be specific because i have the same exact phone from metro also and every time i try to download from funformobile it wont let me. the only thing i see would be save items but save items is only for pics. do u mean a specific audio file such as wma mp3 mid???

I think you have a problem with your keyboard, its typing the same letter after each word, pretty annoying!!!

Yo i have the same exact phone and when i chose my ringtone i didnt see save as in the options i saw save items but there were no items to save

It only allows you to save some ringtones not all. it has to do with how it was uploaded. it is not the phone or the plan or the browser. but there are different phone site where you can download from!!!

QA30 Can Only Download Files Smaller Than 100kb From The Internet, But What I Do, I Go On Funformobile On A PC And I Send The Ringtones To My Phone And Save Them To My Ringtones. I'd Say Thats The BEST Way.

awesome. it worked for this phone HINT.

funformobile doesnt work on all phone models. I've tried. another way to get ringtones is

1. connect the phone to computer using data cable or connect memory card by other means to computer

2. save mp3 song to "sound file", --ringtone file cant be opened.

3. disconnect phone from computer

4. go to menu on phone and text song to your own phone # and save when recieved

5. when saved, shows up in ringtone file.  =D
