Hi - no there are no more demons or spirits - for more info on this you can watch the history of desteni and demons videos on the demonsdaily channel (being uploaded). Yes - the fear that one focuses on, eventually compounds in energy and this is where one possesses oneself through thought into 'mind' experiences such as 'feeling attacked', feeling a 'presence'. so the key is to stop participating in thoughts, let the fear go, if thoughts come up, simply stop and breathe. A suggestion is to check out perspectives given on the Desteni form, do a search on ouija borad. But basically: a suggestion would be to look at all fears pertaining to an idea that you have of the ouija. Let go of all ideas you have based on the experiences of others. Remember that what people experience now are them within a mind experience.
