Iran changes nuclear stance as IAEA confirms deal response

The International Atomic Energy Agency says it has received an initial response from Tehran to the new nuclear fuel deal. Iranian media says the country has proposed changes to the plan. If agreement is reached, it would see Tehran shipping its fuel abroad for further enrichment.
