On turbo cars, the manifold is under pressure during acceleration. Step one for getting better fuel milage is to put the air flow meter back on the car. W/O an airflow meter signal, the car will run richer than normal thus making YOUR mpg worse than a bone stock car without the make believe fairy dust gizmo.

looks ace. i thought that if you had a vacuum in a water fluid then the vacuum would suck the water into engine so would you tell me how it does not.

just think about it its a vacuum like you said
the container can hold 100 psi vacuum or more so if it does not implode it cant suck the water out only gas is vented
