My second and final Gunbuster AMV. Originally planned to feature footage from the last half of the series, I decided to change the idea to one about Gunbuster itself (that and I didn't want to give any major spoilers). So, here it is. Later then expected, but it's here.
For a 2nd try, I'm not really sure if this is as good as my first effort (distractions at University and stuff made the editing process a bit longer then it should of been), and I've tried to experiment with some other effects here and there. So please, just tell me what you think.
Next video will be something completely different. If you need a hint on what I'm gonna be doing next...I bought a microphone.
But until then, enjoy...again.

I liked how you showed scenes of the clock changing and all that, reminded me of the anime..and how tragic that was.

This was probably the second anime I ever owned, back in 1990 or '91, back when it was distributed by "US Renditions." I still have those VHS tapes. I love these older GAINAX creations. Hideaki Anno's awesomeness cannot be measured.

Good job, though I wish you would have just kept the original aspect ratio and not used any of Ep6, or used more of it.

Actually, I didn't use any of Episode 6 for this video. Any black and white footage you see is actually used from the other five episodes, just with the colour removed.
I was going to use Episode 6 clips, but like you mentioned, the aspect ratio would of caused problems.
