http://www.dietspotlight.com This is a review of CEA-HOW. It appears as though CEA-HOW is a type of 12 step recovery program that stands for "Compulsive Eaters Anonymous". It appears as though this group was designed with the purpose of getting people together so that they may share their experiences and learn from each other's mistakes.
12 Step programs are great for a spiritual approach to dealing with addictive/compulsive behaviors but CEA-HOW is a restrictive diet, not healthy and most people can't stay on it for a long time.
OA (Overeaters Anonymous) food plans lets you structure your own diet..also not good..leads back to compulsive overeating. I suggest joining Weight Watchers, its healthy and you don't feel deprived. I recommend you go to OA for support and use the Weight Watchers plan of eating as your food program.
