is there any microfonics with this unit in high gain situations i know my keeley is very touchy with the gain cranked when you tap on the pedal hows this one thanks sounds good

I've owned the Keely Nova Wah, and it's killer. BUT -- it's a double fixed wah - like 2 separate Jakekos in one pedal. Nice, but unless you want two different fixed wah sounds in the same song, you're just paying more and taking up more space. I thought for sure they'd come out with a single switch version like this, but I guess Jekeko best them to it.

your jekeko wah pedal sounds great! i've been using one of the old discontinued dunlop crybaby q-zone pedal (like slash uses) which pretty much does the same thing...nice for michael schenker, mick ronson, brian may-type lead sounds.
thanks for the demo-ing the jekeko pedal. i'm going to get one soon.

@clondan1 Thanks that's a Nash Strat with Kinman AVN Blues pickups on the neck position using the red channel of a Bogner 20th anniversary ecstasy!

Great tone! The pedal has a nice bite to it. Where are you running this in your pedal chain, do you have it in front of your dirt or overdrive pedals?

Before any sort of dirt (fuzz, OD, distortion) Right after my Wah pedal.

Nice one mate!
But I'm with badmuddy here, I have a Keeley Nova Wah wich IMHO offers more flexibility (2 channels) based on the same idea.
Love the R9, love the Bogner! :-)

Thanks! I really dig the tone of this pedal so I'm not lookin' any further! The sweep of this pedal is so smooth! .. almost any setting it useful.
