i think these songs would make a good mash up i don't think that Paramore stole the song but they are very close in melody

Paramore sent their song The Only Exception to their label Fueled by Ramen in 2006 so that means they had this song before starlight so basiclly Paramore didnt copy a song since they wrote it earlier

Key Chords and timing are meaningless.You Can't copyright those. Melody is different but will sound similar b/c it is the same chords and keys. The poster had to do certain things like speed up the song, and include breaks in T.O.E in order to get it to match up (not calling you out Greenroom I am just pointing it out!)
