As melkites we are in full union with the Pope of Rome hence we celebrate Pascha with the rest of the Catholics. But we need to unify our Great Feasts togethor! The pope suggested celebrating the Nativity on December 25th and celebrate Orthodox Pascha togethor, but his holiness Bartolomeuw refused.

In true, melkites in countries of Orthodox majority celebrate Easter together with orthodoxs, according to the Julian calendar.
