People to People Land of the Rising Sun 2006

Recently I traveled to Japan with about 35 other students from my area along with the three greatest delegation leaders in the world. This is a video tribute to all the fun times we had overseas. Everyone in that group was awesome, and this is also dedicated to them. You rock, guys! ^_^

Hey I'm planning on going in the same program for 2010 and I really would need some advice. How much money was it? How you raise the money? I heard thing about some people getting hurt, mistreated, and even die on this program???

How much money depends on where you're going. I earned the money selling candy, and some of my relatives contributed. I've never heard anything about anyone being killed or mistreated, though accidents can happen anywhere.

The people to people website answers questions like these a lot better than I can.

i got invited to japan today. i am so ecstatic. hahaha. i've wanted to go since i was in like 6th grade.

and i love that song btw. it's from naruto. and it's just so upbeat and awesome. hahahaha. XD im such a dork. :]

How do you get involved in the program? and what do you do when you go there? will you be able to get the latest updates? what are the chances of being involved in this progam if you don't have much money and you live in Hawaii?...i've always wanted to go to Japan, and spain...
