That's not enough, he needs a fake address and new phone number. PayPal will catch and limit all your new stuff immediately if they see a matching address..

At least the woman was trying to be nice to some extent but the guy should not be talking to customers at all.

Just change your bank and close your credit cards, open up new ones. Then paypal will have all outdated info on you so they can't touch your money.

Wow people sure are stupid, that's what i learned when i became a paypal representative *sigh*, the reason why the account needs to be in the system for atleast 8 years is due to federal and state laws which require the record of transactions for taxation purposes, and the bank accounts and credit card info are stored so the charges can be properly placed. Sigh It's really hard talking to dumb people believe me. If you dont know shit just listen to the experts, well done by the supervisor!
