Lego Trains in the Garden 1

A showcase of some the Lego trains I have designed and built, running in the garden. Featuring my steam loco's, diesels and other rolling stock.

The track was temporarily layed round the lawn on strips of roofing felt. As you can see, the ground is fairly uneven, although I did raise some sections off the ground to reduce gradients.

Locos are:

How do you get parts for these trains? Especially the driving wheels for the engines?

@Interestingenough4 For the driving wheels, google Big Ben Bricks. For all other lego Bricks, try Bricklink. I do not make instructions for my models. However I do have LDD designs of them if people are interested.

the nice thing about lego trains is if you get board with the model... instead of buying a new one you simply rebuild the old one!

@legoclockfreak710 It's handy if for example I want to improv a model, but even more so if i break a model it goes back together in moments!

Tornado and City of Truro are awesome. Makes me kind of sad I sold my High Speed Train set.
