This video shows an experiment of tracking a person while walking. Tracking method is described in a following article (http://act.rasip.fer.hr/pub-opis.php?id=407).
Shortly, tracking algorithm works with a 180 degrees FOV laser range finder mounted on a moving robot. Sensor data was aquired from a SICK LMS200 laser range finder mounted on a Pioneer 3-DX (robot was standing still) with Player robot server, and the tracking algorithm ran in Matlab afterwards. Produced figures were put together in a movie with mencoder, with the frame rate of an average laser reading frequency.
