  • very nice .. just made 1 today but nothing like that l!!! dam i did a 10gal sump lol

  • @oneeye4331 The fact that you built one is a feat in its own. This filter i made was for a very large tank, housing very expensive fish, so i went a bit over board with it.

  • Very Cool!!!!

How much did it cost to build? Excluding man hours.

Would you recommand this for a freshwater 90 gallon aquarium?

    thanks

  • @TestSubject2000 This cost about $150. It would be way overkill, and a waste of money on a 90gal though, although you could use this size if your really wanted to.

  • @TestSubject2000 This one cost $150 to build. I made a video on how to build it, i think it was pretty simple.

  • how much electric does that run you?

  • @570Runna not much. Depends on the pump wattage.

Thanks for you quick answer. I've watch your other video and it realy motivated me to, as a mid-terme goal, build my own acrylic 180 gallon tank, stand and filtration systeme. As for the short-terme I will follow you budget Wet-Dry filter build.

What water pump could you suggest?

    Thanks

    Alex

  • always wanted to do stuff like this to my fishtank, but its a lot of head hurting if you aren't experrienced, guess ill have to slowly build and test things out first
