  • Damn thing looks loud. What is happening to the new box ?

  • @TheEnDBG haha thanks, box needs rebuilding cos my 1st attempt wasnt rly good, but its holding up pretty well now.

  • That things needs more power!

  • lol you serious? amp says its clipping on some songs around that volume what should i do lol?

  • I dunno, just doesn't seem to be moving much. Maybe it needs to loosen up. It's hard to tell w/o being there to see for myself. what gauge speaker wire and power wire? U use a DMM to set the gains? If it's a brand new sub, it does need time to break in, but still, I would think it should move more then that even if it is stiff. 2200w should be good, just seems like it's not getting all of it.

  • yeh i think your right, its only got 12 gauge speaker wire, and 1/0 gauge power* wire from amp and duel run between the front and rear batteries and big 3 so it has the right wire for that

  • @Nirvalica ... you can't base the amount of power the sub is getting off of its excursion. it is probably playing near the tuning of the box...
