I'm going to dissent. I don't dislike this, but the number is called Struttin' for a reason. And there's not a lot of it here... should be fun, bold, brassy. Amazing technical proficiency by the whole family, but that's not what it's about I don't think. If you're going to give props to Pops, dazzle.. entertain.. strut.

@redhouse7 right on! i spoke with Wynton @Marciac Jazz festival like 10 years ago and my friends and I told him how much we admired Branford and he just said "oh Branford....he's good you know,he's good but he's not serious,if only he could work seriously..." at the time we didn't even understand what he was talking about and we started a jazz 5tet right away that was called...Not Serious ;)
