I wanna tell one thing i appreciate this movie coz in the end he does'nt die or loose life, just runs away with paro, its more like real life, coz old devdas is impossible in reality, its just a fantasy imaginative character. Aleast in new era hindi movies r moving towards reality 5stars for that
good movie, but lil draging n boring, we constantly keep comparing to old devdas. Bcoz of which many can't appreciate this movie

he runs away with chanda.... yeah this ending was brilliant .. i never really liked Devdas.. those were more artistic .. this ending was more believable.
